They don't even have insurance!!!!!! Nice cabby hits my AUDI from behind and KPD tells me they have NOT INSURANCE they called it "TBD"
I have never seen a company would this, no class, integrity, you want t. Be used for bookers and Dope boys obviously not to be taken seriously. I'm done. I hate it.

My car broke down at the last minute and I needed to go to Dallas dor a business trip. They gave me a very cheap flat rate to go to and from Dallas. The driver was fine with waiting and for my meeting to be finished. If you run into trouble and need to get somewhere quick and cheap call luxury cab! I will recommend this company to all my friends and business partners.

I set up a time call to be picked up in advance so that i coukd get to work on time, they didnt show up at all, when i called their dispatcher she rudely told me they were short staffed and to find another way. I calles express cab and got . Car in less than twenty minutes. The drivers car was clean inside and out, smelled nice, he was dressed very professional and was amazingly polite helping open my door, made sure i enjoyed what was on the radio, offered donuts and water, on my way to work i saw a luxury cab and it sounded like it had a rod knocking and there was duct tape holding on a tail light? The driver looked like he crawled off the cover of a bad rap magazine and he had music blaring with his window down. I will never ride with luxury nor will i ever refer my friends to this terrible excuse for a company.

Had to wait over an hour for them to show up car sounded like it was on it's last leg driver was an a**hole I told him what way was the shortest to my job he said he knows what he is doing and took the long way cost me over 20.00 for a normally 10.00 ride and the dispatcher was a real b**c

After waiting on express taxi service for over an hour, I decided to call luxury cab. Holy moly they were at the airport to pick me up within 15 mins!! The driver was so nice and put my bags in the trunk. I asked him to drive carefully and he complied. Excellent service from this company. I will definitely recommend this can service to all my fellow coworkers and friends. Thank you luxury cab for turning my night around.

I have had these cab zip by me around town numerous times clearly speeding. Have heard them blaring music like the cab is their personal club on wheels.. But tonight driving 190 east bound my family and I moved to let an emergency vehicle pass and when we went get back on the cab ran us off the road. We were left to ride the shoulder. I just have not seen any reason to use or recommend this company.

Beautiful taxicabs, Lincoln Towncars and Navigators and they have the best prices around! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Driver was nice car was clean just had to wait an hour to be picked up

Luxurious cars at a lower rate than all the competitors! I couldn't ask for a better taxi service!! Cars are clean and drivers are professional and knowledgeable of the area!!!
