Lack’s Furniture Center

Like the person above I too went to Lacks looking for a living room set and found this great microfiber loveseat and sofa and the salesperson advised me they were the best material for things not to get stains on (Liar) and they don't stain easily and all about this warranty that was the best warranty ever. Well needless to say the sofas are a huge dissapointent that attract dust like crazy and stains like crazy too. Before the year was up the leg on the middle of the sofa was cracking and my throw pillows that came with sofa were coming apart at the seams. I called Lacks and they said they would not cover the pillows cause its natural wear and tear and the leg was not covered either, they also won't come and clean the sofas (which I was told by the salesperson was one of the perks of the warranty) they told me to use a vacumme on them, thank goodness the manager there felt bad and gave me a new leg for my sofa but would not do anything about the pillows and these sofas. I HATE THEM! Don't ever trust the sales people there they will tell you what they need to, to get a sale! Shady Shady people!

Small appliance selection - employees are in your face by time you walk in the store.

Merchandise is way overpriced.

Employees will hound you down, you can't even walk through the store on your own.
