Called for heater repair. Heater still doesn't work and over charged me. Had to get another company out to actually fix it. Would never recommend them. Don't waste your money.

I called these guys when my heat went out. This old guy showed up smelling of cigarette smoke, then he walked in my house with muddy boots and didn't even bother to offer to clean it up. He said there was something wrong with my computer board but he wasn't trained to work on them. Then he tried to charge me a service call! I called Muegge AC out and the had it fixed in 45 minutes for less than a $100 and it didn't have anything to do with the computer board.

I have been using Quality for years always had great service. My AC went out sat nit. Chris was over Sunday. MY AC unit was really old he told me last year it was on its last leg. Got a new unit but had prob with my breaker, he ran a new line and didn't even charge me. Call them if u need a checkup or any prob with heat or AC. They r great.

I walked in my house after a long day at work at 500pm and it was 100deg inside the house, the Fan motor locked up on the outside Compressor, I could fix it myself if I could find the parts. I showed up at thier door right after they closed but they took the time to find me a replacement motor and took the time to explain how to wire up the replacement motor. All the other places just told me to "call back tomorrow" - New lifelong customer!
