Overall

When I first started using this child care last year (2012), it was a great place, well worth the $140 I pay for my infant. They open at 4:30 in the morning, perfect for Battalion Formations (I am in the Army) and close as late at 10 pm, again, perfect for army life. They even work out deals with you if you tell them in advance you will be running late. Unlike most places, they do not charge by the minute after 6 pm, but instead, go to a low hourly rate (I believe $10, but could be wrong).

Unfortunately, the amazing staff has moved to other centers (one was just opened on Elms Rd), or have been promoted. The current staff is where my problem is. I have often found my son's stuff (he is a toddler) in the lost and found pile, with his name clearly labeled on it, or they cannot find stuff I ask for at the end of the week. To top this off, their new staff barely learns kids' names, and often puts the wrong diapers on my son (usually wrong size as well). But when I moved him to the Elms Rd center, I ran into a bad problem. When I picked him up, he had rashes all over his face and foot (he wears shoes all day, and has never had rashes on them before), not to mention they couldn't find half the stuff I dropped off with him before. A sleep mat is easily $15, and I brought one in for him, brand new. The fact they couldn't find it tells me they haven't used it for him at all, which is a major concern for me. They instead resort to using raggedy old ones, I often see him sleeping on an old mat or the floor when I pick him up early and he is napping. I only started having this problem recently, but I really hope they fix it.

I used to brag to people they are the best around, and well worth the $140. But since this new staff took over, I won't even talk about it, besides telling people "I'd go elsewhere, I had to disenroll my son recently because of all the problems I've had." I hate complaining about a place, but I really want to warn people before they take their kids here. It used to be amazing, now I am actually concerned about my kid every time I drop him off, and about what they are doing this time...
