ABC Pediatrics

To start, this place is horrible! I've taken my son there for a year, and i am totally done! When the staff is rude, and people are talking you around in circles, when the front or the back or whoever can't keep track of the your child's records, when the doctor comes in and is rude, that is when enough is enough! Please do not take your children here! I

My Son has been in this clinic since he was 3 months old.....I have had terrible experience I wanted to change doctors but they refused saying it would cause conflict in the office....if YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL they should not be any conflict....my doctor who is a new patient now is seeing the doctor I wanted for my son....so now instead of them both seeing the same Doctor I have to make separate appointments I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO TAKE MY KIDS

HORRIBLE PLACE! DONT EVEN BOTHER TAKING YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE! The place is disgusting, food all over the floor at times. Not to mention hotter than hell in there! The staff is freaking rude! The hispanic that has tattoos up and down her arm is extremely rude and likes to roll her eyes at you, didnt think that would be possible considering the circumference of those big eyes inside that tiny head. The manager is just......i dont even think there is a word to explain her....for lack of a better word, lets just say she is horrible in every way possible. She is extremely rude to her staff, always cutting them down even when we are in the waiting room waiting to be called to the back. Her attitude is extremely horrible and she needs to know how to apply her eyebrows on right rather than use a sharpie. The new lady that works there is awesome and super nice, I think her name is Lilliana or Iliana or something like that, she is literally the only one there with a great attitude and looks happy to be at her job and looks like she loves her job unlike most of the people that work there. Long story short, I hate this place and have since then found a new provider for my children at Hemingway Clinic on clear creek, great staff there! I will never go back there and I personally advise you people to find a new provider. HORRIBLE PLACE, BEWARE AND NEVER GO THERE!

Horrible treatment. My wife took my son to the doctor twice because we could tell he wasn't feeling good along with signs of sickness. Each of the two appointments resulted in us being told that he had a "fever virus" where he automatically ran a fever for no reason but wasn't sick or that it "was nothing". The third time she took him he was diagnosed with bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia. Imagine that. If you let something go long enough it'll turn into something horrible. My wife had to miss work which resulted with us loosing money not including our BS bill for absolutely nothing, We've had horrible treatment for the last few years and if it wasn't for the lack of pediatricians in this area we would never step foot into this place again. 0 stars from me.

I was refused an appt for my daughter because her care was "transferred" to another physician by medicaid. I saw the other physician one time before being told I could switch back if I wanted. Ive been at abc for 3 years and all of a sudden they refuse to see my daughter who needs important blood tests. The office manager and receptionist were both very rude and didnt care whether she had a doctor or not. They never would have known that I seen anyone else unless I told them but they made it very clear they would never see her in their clinic again. Rude and pt definitely doesnt come first!
