I just went there i was told to check in online and come in which i did i got there my time check in said 10 mins left i went in and let them know i was there this heavy set lady said she took me off the list because i wasnt there which i questioned what was the point of the online check in she walked away and when another person that worked with her asked if i had to wait over she said yes with a attitude she was hella rude then talking to her customers kid and said dont move no more because if i mess up u just will have to deal with that mess whatever u do dont do business here very unprofessional and rude and extremely uncomfortable environment that heavy set white lady with short lady made it ill never step in that place and will never recommend this place to anyone....

you aren't allowed to pick someone that knows how you like it cut. You have to pay to do that. And a 'newbie' cut the sides of my hair so short that is stuck out and was uneven. I literally had to glue it with gel to get it to lay down.
IMAGINE THAT IN KILLEEN MALL is BY FAR the worst store in town. its ratchet and overpriced, the clerk today was somefat b in a black and grey dress that was too small for her. her hair is black and choppy and she looks like a 40 yr old hussy. THIS random slore with no customer skills had the nerve to say "we only get a few female pieces a week so everybody doesn't dress as basic as you..." I can see your underpaid sloppy self knows sooo much about business, because that's exactly how to make a sale, right? well oldie, that's all good. Im sorry your 40 y/o self was intimidated enough by a 20 y/o with a banging body who's clearly doing better than your whack self that you had to spew hate.. real women don't have to hate as hard as you do. they appreciate the beauty of another woman, not feel insecure and jealous. you do not have people skills and your the worst example of any business, plus your clothes gross. I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOW CLASS RATCHET LITTLE STORE, its a joke, just like its fat old cashier.
Unfortunately, you have a store in your center "K's Jewelers" not to be mixed up with the national Kay's... but just K's Jewelers that does not have a YP account nor very many other ways to leave reviews. I assume it's because of their business practices & have been able to get away with it because of their lack of web presence. I have filed a complaint with the BBB & in dispute with one of their financial institutes. My elderly grandfather walked into this business with a $300 budget. He walked out with a $3,000 ring, 10x's more than what he can afford. I am my grandparents legal guardian and POA. My grandfather saved for 3 months to buy my grandmother, his wife of over 30 years a $300 Christmas present. With a recent bankruptcy, a current foreclosure, bad credit and a monthly income of $2,000, I have no idea how he was able to obtain credit to purchase this ring. He did not fill out the application. He was just asked to sign on the dotted line. None the less, he did not have any information that they would have required (ie: proof of income, etc.) because he does not know. He has major health issues (could not even walk across the mall), short term memory loss/dementia. When I was made aware of what had transpired I immediately contacted the store. I requested that my grandfather return the ring & exchange it for a $300 one he could afford. The response, "We have already received our money from the financial institute. We have a NO refund policy. There is nothing we can do at this time." When I pleaded with the manager, Kim, and asked to exchange this ring for the one within their means I was then told "If this was my grandfather and if he has these conditions I would have never let him go shopping by himself." Well, this is the thing, my grandfather obtained a TX drivers license 6 months ago. With his simply life on a VERY simple income I allowed him to have the dignity to buy his wife a Christmas gift on his own. Never did I imagine someone would take advantage of him this way. Even when my grandfather told the manager/owner that he could not afford the terms of the current promotion (12 mo/no interest) they "kindly" extended the promotion so his payments would be smaller. My grandfather is ELDERLY & a VET... please do NOT let your loved ones to shop at K's Jewelers!!!! They will be taken advantage of!!!!
