After asking if they would buy my tablet and standing there for 30 mins. Went threw the hole process. Wiped out my tablet. They said they don't buy it. Very unprofessional. Not knowledgeable at all about the company computer system. Waste of time !

I agree with you the problem is in management, but not all. Last week had a very bad experience with the store in Killeen. Called the store and let know I was in hospital and would not be able to make it to the store until got out of hospital. The manager was very rude and mean to me just raising her voice. I paid account off early in full but had need for some mattresse and dresser and question about a bed and I was told couldn't get markdown furniture when just paid off a reduced furniture account with them. I was also told if I paid account would automatically get a month free. I had $25 credit on account and I was told I had to use that to get my second purchase. Let me give some if my knowledge have on customer service. When you tell a customer you are going to do something do it. Never raise your voice to a customer, but let them vent out and at the same time you are thinking about how you are going to resolve issue. Your concern should be the customer. They pay your bills. Most of the worker were very nice, but because the manager as the power to??They follow the leader. I counciled my order in Monday when the store called me to tell me that they couldn't accommodate my desire to have my pmnt date on the 15th. We just made a agreement for that..That was the managers doing...My advice is document everything and keep confirming the order back to the store. Gave the manager constructive criticism and she didn't appreciate that. As a customer I have a right to complain if feel violated. If I was an soldier this would of never happened...Military town and the city caters to them. I will never go into that store again...As long as that manager is there. Don't blame others in store the workers were very nice to me. The manager exhibited bad work ethics...
I'd give this business 0 stars if possible. They couldn't repair my console after having it for over a month and are actually trying to charge me for it. The owner, Christopher also constantly lied to me about my console being good to go and avoided my text/calls whenever I confronted him about it. Avoid this place at all cost. Also the other reviewer Brooke, is actually an employee (and I'm pretty sure that's illegal)
