Rude, Rude, Rude!I reserved a room here through Travelocity. The reservations were made in May for a weekend in October. I called the day before my trip to confirm the check-in time and was told I did not have a room. A manager was supposed to call me back but never did. So I called. At first the manager told me that travelocity never gave him my credit card information. I asked why he did not contact me on the phone number provided and I would have given it to him myself. He said my number was disconnected (not true, I have had the same phone numer for 5 years). Then the story changed. He then said that all of the rooms had been reserved before I made my reservations. I figured he would at the very least offer me a room at a later date... instead he was extremely rude and combative. I am glad I didn't stay here. I would much rather spend my money where people are pleasant.
