Nice dr. But did he dis figuured my ears with optoplasty surgery i think was his first. Well what he did was to try and fix the top of my right ear that was loop ear. But he didnt stop there he decided without my promission to fold my ear in more but not seeing by doing this the other would stay sticking out. So aftertook a peek of the ear i was i shock of how it look it was stock to my head. I went to see him about how unhappy i wad of outcome and what to do about and the solotion was to operate on the other. So what he dis was instead of fold it he cut out my contra bowl of my ear and it flatten the ear but then both ears were totally different from now on. I had almost 16 surgery from diffentent doctor to fix them but they they more and more disgusting. The only way to fix them is death to me or rib cartilage to my new ear. But this will cost a lot of money. I wish never let dr pasidero work on my ears. People treat me bad now and my brother will not tell people im his brother. I hope i die soon in life to exscape this hell he brought me

This is Dr. Hughes-Papside's first review. Before this review, his rating was 3.5 stars!
The reason that I'm writing this review, even before having visited the doctor's office, is that the doctor's original rating seemed low to me and I wanted to know why it was so low. So having signed up and signed-in to CitySearch, I went to read why the doctor was considered barely above average.
Well, I learned that NO ONE had reviewed the doctor, no one actually thought the doctor barely above average. Somehow, he was just assigned this rating?!
This seems, at the very least, disingenuous, and makes me wonder about CitySearch?s rating policy.
I have spoken three times to the doctor's office to ask for information and make an appointment. The first contact was late at night, in response to an advertisement on a TV program that I had Tivo'ed days earlier. Unlike most doctor?s offices, there was a way to leave a message and the very next day the office called me. They listened patiently (no pun intended ;-) and gave me enough information for me to decide that I wanted to make an appointment. The third call was for other information that I needed and was equally pleasant.
I will add another review after I visit the doctor. What I CAN say at this point in time is that I'm certain that the office staff person that I've spoken with is knowledgeable and professional in a warm, humane way. This leads me to believe that whatever the doctor's other skills are or aren't, he exercises good judgment in choosing staff, which in my mind, bodes well!
PS The doctor's office has moved from the old address of 3712 N. Roosevelt Blvd. His new address is 1438 Kennedy Dr. The phone number remains (305) 292-2259. (CitySearch has been notified of this correction.)
