He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is currently in private practice in Key West, Florida. On staff at both the Surgery Center of Key West and Lower Keys Medical center, he provides patients with unparalleled expertise in arthroscopic surgery, fracture care, joint replacement, joint injections as well as athletic injury care and advice.

terrible bedside manner.rude.And he specializes in shoulders but diagnosed my problem a neck injury when I had torn my shoulder.bottom kine is all he cares about is$ NOT YOUR HEALTH.Terrible person
dr harrell was more concerned about how much money was left on my PIP THAN MY PAIN OR CONDITION.he spent all of 2 minutes with me.He was rude,mean and unsympathetic.One of the worst people/drs I've ever met.Stay away.
