I came home from work arround 4 PM and went to the fridge for some ice cream and it looked like milk and then I noticed my whole fridge was warm. I called over to Certified and spoke with Debbie. She was very courteous and carrying about my issue. She had her tech Mike to my home within the hour and fixed my fridge on the spot for a reasonable fair price and saved most of my food. This was an overall great experience and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

Called Certified out to fix my broken microwave. They arrived when they said, on time which is a rarity for people in the Keys. Turns out my microwave had a shorted key pad. They had the replacement part on there truck and got me up and running. Price was good and the technician was nice and friendly. I will use them again and highly recommend. A+

Great people went to Certified Appliance retail store and bought a Samsung Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, and a Microwave of which I'm having delivered and installed this week I can't wait. My sales guy Mike was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely come back to this place!

This company is AWESOME i called this morning and spoke with a lady named Debbie who is the sweetest lady ever i explained to her that i had a metting with my sons school and i needed an app. after 5:00pm she said not problem ill have my technician there i got home a little after 5:00 and the technician was there waiting for me. My refrigerator had no gas in the system of whitch i purchased a new from them and they promptly delivered me a loaner until the new one arrives not being from this aera i leary on who to call but i am sure glad i called them! GREAT COMPANY GREAT SERVICE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Great appliance service from Certified all the way around. I call these guys for all of my appliance work and they are a pleasure to deal with. From the office staff to the service person who come in my home. I would recommend this company to everyone !
