If there was an option for 0 stars they would have gotten it. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. After leaving my insurance information in person and later over the phone (because they lost it) they billed me months afterwards. They never contacted me just sent me a late bill by mail. I called and left messages to which I received no response or call backs. I finally got a hold of them by phone due to persistence - the receptionist kept putting me on hold and never picked up again - and was told to call the number on the bill, no explanation or assistance. Horrible way to treat a client. They would disconnect the phone calls after placing me on hold. Unprofessional. No idea what they are doing. Lost my insurance information twice.

These people are a nightmare! If you can afford to go somewhere else, do it. The office mangement doesn't know what they are doing and are nearly impossible to reach by phone. The doctor was rude. Worse, she is dangerous. She started to send me home. She said I was done. Then I asked her about the other tooth she mentioned might be a problem. She took another look and told me, "oh, yes, you need root canal!" Don't trust that this doctor knows what she is doing!
Under the leadership of Dr. Carole Whytfe this was an excellent practice . However, she and virtually all of the staff are gone. After years of going here, I visited the new dentist for a simple matter and was horrified. He looked at the problem tooth, said it had to be extracted And then on the day I was scheduled to have the tooth removed he wanted to remove the wrong one a perfectly healthy tooth. The new office staff Is no better. They used to offer a sliding fee scale but now it's just a joke. Stay away there are much better dentist on this island.
