Carl's Jr.

This was the worst Carl Jr's I have ever been ate at. Not only is this place filled with flies at every table, but the food is not even fresh cooked. We stopped for two six dollar burger meals with pepperjack cheese on wheat buns. We were going to take our food to go but decided we would eat there. That was our first big mistake. Where we were sitting at was full of flies. We moved to another table away from the window. There still were flies just not as many as the booth near the windows but they were all over the place. Before sitting down I noticed our food was not freshly cooked. It had been precooked and placed in the steamer to stay warm. I voiced my concern that it wasn't freshly grilled. The manager assured me it had just been there for 3mins. I thought that was strange since it was almost 4pm to late to have precooked hamburgers. They should have been freshly grilled not in the steamer waiting to be served. So I asked to have the hamburgers freshly grilled. I also asked to have salt free fries so that they would be fresh too. The fries were barely warm not hot. The fresh cooked hamburgers were not hot the middle wasn't even warm. The cheese was cheddar instead of pepperjack. I took the hamburgers back to the counter and asked to have it freshly grilled again. There happen to be a manager from another Carls Jr there. He said there food was the same as mine. I went back to the table to wait the manager spoke with the store manager and told him to have it regrilled. The couple both told me those are really good when grilled fresh and he told them to regrill our food. I couldn't believe it it came back the same way not the hot, wrong cheese that wasn't melted. I took it back again and showed to the cashier. She said she would have it regrilled with pepperjack cheese. This time it came back...you got the same as the other two. This time the cheedar cheese had large slices of jalapenos on top. Omg how many times does it take for this place to get it wright? The manager made excuses as to what happened but didnt make sure it was corrected. We'll never be back again.
