They have bad costumer service. We were eating there and we ordered a lot. Then out of nowhere a pigeon came IN THE RESTAURANT and we were at the very end of the restaurant by a big glass window. The pigeon stepped all over our food when it tried to get out through the GLASS window. Yes, of course the bird ruined our meal but it was the way they handled the situation that ruined our experience eating in their restaurant. The bird stepped on almost everything. They "replaced" a steak fijita suspiciously fast because it only took 5 minutes. It made us think that they just put cheese on it, heated it up, and just put it in a box. Also, f we didn't ask, they wouldn't have replaced our drink. The waitress said it was the first time it happened but she should've at least felt more sorry than treating it like it was funny. We only got to save two plates of pasta and after we moved to a different table it felt like she was rushing us to pay the bill!! They replaced something but they could've at least taken the drink off our bill. They have good food but it was upsetting and very disappointing how they handled a situation that includes a bird entering their restaurant and ruining our meal but it was their bad costumer service that ruined a special day for us.
