I am an out of state rescue animal transporter. I started having difficulty with my bus near Kerrville. I looked up local shops that MAY have been able to help me. I called this company and was told he had no one to help me till at least 6 am, mind you it was 1 am and their website states 24 hr. I informed him it's a warranty item with Cummins and that we had dogs on board. His response was "Good Luck". I figured that he was the only one in the area that was Cummins related that I just go to his shop and wait the 5 hrs. Low and behold, he lives on site. Never once did he come out and try to lend some assistance. I called my boyfriend and he hopped in his truck and drove an hr and a half to try to help us get back on the road. When he came out of his house in the morning, we basically were asked like " Can I help you, but it felt more like can you get off my property." I told him exactly what we were trying to do. Again it was Good Luck, I have a service call to go to. I was so pissed off. You have a service call that was able to make it right in front of your house with 40 rescue dogs on board and you didn't care one bit. I am very upset with you as a human being. Compassion was definitely not in your character. I have no idea how your work ethic is, but I am glad that I was able to find someone that was able to help with our situation. Owner Greg Dinsmore does sloppy work, is rude, and very difficult to deal with. He was full of excuses as to why it took him 5 months to replace a jack and battery box. His shop drilled 7 holes in our trailer's fresh water tank while installing replacement underbelly material then he refused to pay for the $795 subsequent repair. Dinsmore also missed an obvious bent axle, even though he was paid over $100 just to inspect our rig after a serious highway accident. His “mechanic” was underneath our rig on more than one occasion removing then installing the underbelly material, so this oversight is inexcusable. His shop should be named Downer RV Repair, because doing business there is exactly that . . . a real downer.
The WORST EVER!!!!!!! Sandy the owner is very rude. She said she would have my car done in a week and it took over two and I still had to go back and have a part put back on. Be careful on your receipt she gives you because she likes to change the PRICE on her invoices. She said I owed her more money after she gave me my car back and tried to keep my car. I had to call the police to get my car because she told me to call a cab after I had a invoice in my hand paid to her. She made a mistake on her paper work and tried to hold my car because of her mistake. Pluse the paint job she did on my car looks like it started to drip down the side of my door. She charged 1,200.00 over what it should have been. I got my car and I will never recommend her ever.

Watch your pocket book, they'll take you for as much as they can and not fix the problem....then turn around and try to take you for more money. Parts and workmanship is very POOR quality.
