Overall

I take all 4 of my children to Dr.Tilley's office & we have never had a complaint! The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and patient when we go. I fully intend on my children going there while they are growing up. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Exceptional, and informed care...

Exceptional, and informed care from a veteran optometrist. It was Dr. Tilley at Vision Source who was able to diagnose a serious eye condition before it became any worse. Hazy vision in my right eye was found to be a severe retinal occlusion that could have threatened my eyesight permanently. Vision Source staff ran me through preliminary tests courteously and proficiently before Tilley examined the problem. Since then, recommended treatment has brought my right eye vision from 20/200 to 20/20. I highly recommend Dr. Tilley at Vision Source from the youngest to the oldest of patients.

The staff at Vision Source is ...

The staff at Vision Source is the friendliest and most polite staff I have ever encountered! From Rosie, the receptionist, to Sarah who assisted Dr Tilley, to Donna who helped me pick out a pair of Vera Wang frames. Dr Tilley was professional and spent a lot of time perfecting my vision. It was a fantastic experience!

I agree with you totally KVILL...

I agree with you totally KVILLEHOTTIE. Ive been there and totally agree. Everything was a smooth transtion and i enjoyed it immensely, from the staff to Dr. Tilley himself. Im a very difficult patient when it comes to my contact lenses, My perscriprtion is very hard to get right and Dr. TILLEY is the ONLY one that has ever been able to get it right, I have been to several Optometrists in the area and I would recommend him over any other Dr's Office.

on't waste your time or money ...

on't waste your time or money at this place!!!! I have been dealing with this unprofessional business for over 3 months.

I shopped the local optical businesses and decided on Vision Source....My Bad!!

Vision Source quoted $125 twice in writing and once verbally for COMPLETE eye exam INCLUDING Toric contact lens fitting. I ask the Dr if a copy of contact prescription would be provided and he confirmed it was.

After my exam Vision Source tried to charge me $210 claiming that the extra $85 was for followup visits since my vision correction was complicated?????. I have never been told that before. I informed her that all the competitors in the area were approximately the same $125 exam with no hidden cost and that customers should be informed of additional fees when quoting prices. When I refused to pay the extra, the manager said rudely " Well, I will just give you your prescription and you can just go elsewhere for your contacts". I requested that the Dr contact me. It was 3 days before I got a call back. I spoke with Dr Tilley concerning the added cost and the unprofessional attitude of the employee (Manager) he said he would address the misquoted pricing issue with his staff to avoid it happening in the future and would also adress the overzealous managers attitude.

I then relayed to him the brand of lenses that I had been wearing and stated I would like to continue using them because they were trouble free for me. I was told that he would order lenses for me...Two weeks later I was leaving for a trip and hadn't heard from Vision Source. I stopped by to find out that they had not even ordered my contacts and when ask to supply me with my new contact perscription, they said that the doctor had not calculated it and could not provide it to me. I finally got a "trial" set of contacts that I couldn't see with and returned only to be told by the same rude employee that I would have to pay an additional $25 to see the Dr again, and if it required more than 1 visit it would be $25 each time. I was again refused my prescription which I paid to get and again I was offered a copy of my 2 year old prescription. I then ask for a refund for my $125 so I could go elsewhere for an exam, and was then told that It could not be done because services had been rendered. WHAT SERVICE??!!!

I was then advised to return the trial lenses, I ask again for my current perscription. I was handed a sealed envelope and was told that all records were inside but again did not include my contact perscription.

I have worn Toric lenses contacts for many years and have had many examinations from different doctors and have NEVER been charged more than I was quoted.

I have always be provided my perscription by the doctor and have purchased my lenses through Walmart or 800contacts. In 3 days I can have my contacts NO PROBLEMS or COMPLICATIONS.!!!

It's pathetic that a company this size can't suck up their (admitted) mistakes and try to make it right. Would the follow up $25 visits or just refunding my $125 really bankrupt them? It's ridiculous that It comes to me having to do this for a company to stand behind their word. (IN WRITING)

This is typical of old school policy that wants you to buy your lenses from them and will not provide you with the perscription you paid for. It's the law now that they are supposed to provide you with it if requested.

I have lost all confidence in this companies ability to provide quality professional service to me and again request a refund.
