        GREAT BBQ

        The wife and I did a trip around the usa looking for the best BBQ. We judge on the meats,beans,and slaw. out side of PIGs in PIG KY. Bills is the best and if ya are in or around kerrville and have to choose between Earles or Bills I like Bills more. The big draw back is get there early. as they only make it one day at a time. Got there about 530 on a thurs. and got the last 2 racks.The wife gave Bills a 4out of 5 stars. only I get a 5 star for my ribs. DAVE
