The Guy That left the one star review is a pill head and half crazy. He brings his vehicle and practically demands that you fix it ahead of everyone else,then he brings more parts in the middle of the job and wants them installed also and then he wants to pick the car up before its done and before you can test drive it, and then wants to complain when its not quite right. so....whatever...we stand behind all our work 100% but we don't suffer fools! Also...He Brought his own parts so there is no warranty which he was informed of many times before.
After picking my car up 2 days later for a 2 hour job it still wasnt fixed, after almost $500. I was told to take it somewhere else ALLEN WAS GOING TO HONOR HIS WARRANTY. So beware he will be happy to take your money but goodluck on the repairs. The only reason I put 1 star is that it didnt go any lower.

when I arrived the manager was having a hissy fit over people not following his instructions and hit his fist on the counter in the front of customers. I was right at the counter and should have listened to my little voice and left then. I was soon waited on and assured they "would get me car right in " to fix a tire that was flat. 2 hours later still no car and no explanation. Then a tow truck driver brings in a Masserati on a flat bed and suddenly he is told his tire can be fixed in 30 minutes. When I asked why his could be fixed so quickly and mine could not, I then hear for the first time that the person who should have been working on my tire had an "emergency". Of course no one bothered to convey any of this info to me at the time. My favorite part was when I service writer calls me "hon" to placate me . After all being a woman I know nothing about cars or how long it takes to fix things.I am then told another 15 minutes to fix tire and "no charge". Alas more than 15 minutes pass and I then ask to taken into the work area to see my car ready, and backed out. I am assured all tires were balanced( yeah right}. the same fool who called me hon know wants to give me a free oil change coupon . Like I who ever go back to a place like that. Ladies if you go there prepared to be patronized and talked down to and be prepared to wait . After all you are just a dumb woman who has no concept about how cars work. To be fair I was apologized to numerous times but only after they realized that I was not as dumb as they assumed I was. post note-to NTB TIRE- just because a woman is in her 60's do not assume she does not know about cars and tires, sometimes that 62 year old woman has had to learn had to R and R (remove and replace) rear wheel drive transmissions. and that same 62 year old woman still changes her on own flat tires on the roadside . Good job NTB you set back womens rights 30 years but that's OK as long as the Man driving the Masserati gets his car quick!
The owner was good on his words to have my car ready. The mechanic did great job on my car troubles.
They fixed my car for less than half what Five Points Auto was going to charge me, and did it in one day. They also repaired my malfunctioning car seat at no charge. I got the distinct impression that they were very anxious to do a good job and satisfy me as a customer. I will be taking my car back when needs be, and I will keep you posted. John Houston.
Very down to earth people here. They take the time to explain what the problem is and don't try to sell you unnecessary parts and services.
I highly recommend Larry Parrish Garage-they worked on my Nissan and did a great job-not cheap but certainly a fair price for the work they did and the quality of the work is excellent!The only caution might be that they are a fairly small shop and not always able to get done as fast as you might want but better a little slow and you get the job done right!
