I've purchased over a dozen other used vehicles in the past, and have never been treating as well OR loved the vehicle more! They treat me like a person and not a meal ticket. VERY DISHONEST!My daughter found a car she was interested in at this dealership, and asked me to come along to help her avoid problems. (I'm glad she did!)The younger guy was nice enough. But when the owner showed up, the high pressure began. Eventually, he pressured her into making a deposit on the car with the promise that he would hold it for her so we could have our mechanic look it over the next business day.The next afternoon while she was in a meeting, he her a voicemail inviting a bidding war against another potential buyer he said he had on the lot. Mind you, he had OFFERED her the car for a certain price, and then PRESSURED her into making the decision to give him a deposit, and now he's trying to renege on HIS OWN OFFER. A few minutes later, he left another voicemail offering her "good news and bad news". The bad news is that he sold the car he'd promised to hold for her 'for twice as much as she had offered' (remember HE offered the car to her for a price he chose, and she HAS A RECEIPT for her deposit signifying his PROMISE to hold it -- equaling a CONTRACT in our eyes). The "good news" is that he has this other 'wonderful car' she'll like even better... RIGHT!! After utterly shattering ANY sense of trust he might have been entitled to, he now expects us to trust him in a "bait-and-switch" proposition??Returning on Monday to collect her deposit (a check -- not the cash she left with him), he brushes the event aside with excuses about "I'm just a small businessman trying to earn a living..."NO SIR! YOU ARE A DISHONEST 'BUSINESSMAN' WHO LIES (twice as much??), BREAKS PROMISES (it was HIS offer to hold the car for her in exchange for the deposit), and VIOLATES ESTABLISHED BUSINESS ETHICS (breaking the 'contract' of a receipt for her deposit)!If you try to lie to, trick, and cheat my little girl, YOU HAVE EARNED MY UNDYING DISTRUST AND CONTEMPT!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value integrity and hope for a successful outcome!
This car lot is better than most car lots in Kernersville!! I got onto the lot and the selection was OOOUUUU!😍 Those men work hard for what they have now. They are serious about their business. One of the best car lots I've been too!! Friendly and quick service. 😁
My review go to the service department. The manager is so nice an respectful. He treat everyone the same. He don't make decisions hard for you and he figure out ways to make things or issues more manageable an reasonable. He always keep a smile an even hold a conversation with you to make your time waiting useful. I rate him the best in customer appreciation.
I gave these people 5 stars in expertise and professional only because they are experts and pros at being creeps. My experience was ok at first, but then these creepy guys started hitting on me and asking to go out on a "Date". I left as soon as that happened.
Since I have purchased my car from J.D. Byrider's about a year ago, I always bring my car in for any service that is needed. I trust the service they provide and if I have any questions someone is always available to take their time to answer and explain. This is not the first time I purchased a car at Tim Taylor Auto Sales and will not be the last. A few weeks ago I purchased a Toyota Camry from the dealership. Tim was great, friendly, helped with all my questions while walking me step by step through the car buying process. In my opinion, he gave me the best possible deal and treated me like one of his family members. It was a non stressful car buying experience and next time I need to buy a car I will be returning to Tim Taylor Auto Sales. Thanks for all the help!!
I bought a car in April, as of June 5 it has been in the shop 4 times. If you do buy from them, make sure you buy a warranty that has roadside assistance.
I came in on 9-5-13 to have my brakes looked at due to the grinding sound they were making. The customer service rep was very nice and made sure that everything got fixed and made sure that it was also under warranty so that I didn't have to come out of pocket for it! I was very grateful for everything they did to make sure that the problem was fixed and also made sure that all my needs were taken care of. The people at J.D. Byrider are truly a blessing!
