So I got a mattress from mattress firm in kernersville n.c on main and was told that they had a display mattress that had all the same warranty as the one that I wanted. I just done get the exchange warranty with it. After 2 years on the mattress it now sinking down like you are in a hole which make us not able to sleep on it. Call store manager she said she will call me back on helping me. So after 5 days I call again to get the run around. Call customer service to be told I have 0 warranty because the mattress was own by them.....lies lies and lies this is why they can not get but one star.-
