        Overall

        Would give them 0 stars if possible. We ordered a microwave 3 weeks ago and paid to have it installed to find out lowes doesn't install it but they send some plumbers out to install microwaves. One week later with no microwave we find out the sales rep. never ordered it. We ordered it again and 2 weeks after THAT, still no microwave. BOTTOM LINE: GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!
