My review go to the service department. The manager is so nice an respectful. He treat everyone the same. He don't make decisions hard for you and he figure out ways to make things or issues more manageable an reasonable. He always keep a smile an even hold a conversation with you to make your time waiting useful. I rate him the best in customer appreciation.
Since I have purchased my car from J.D. Byrider's about a year ago, I always bring my car in for any service that is needed. I trust the service they provide and if I have any questions someone is always available to take their time to answer and explain. My next purchase will be at J.D.Byrider just because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You can not put a price on customer service.
I came in on 9-5-13 to have my brakes looked at due to the grinding sound they were making. The customer service rep was very nice and made sure that everything got fixed and made sure that it was also under warranty so that I didn't have to come out of pocket for it! I was very grateful for everything they did to make sure that the problem was fixed and also made sure that all my needs were taken care of. The people at J.D. Byrider are truly a blessing!
Came in for an oil change and as always they rotated my tires, they plugged one cause it had a nail in it. But with in the hour after I left the tire was going flat. So I called back and they told me to come back. When I came back they plugged it again and made sure everything was okay. And they are always polite and helpful in the service department.
I've had a good experience and continuing to have good experiences with customer service and repairs I may have to my car. J.D. Byrider has helped with any questions or minor problems I may have had with my car. Great sales team to work with.
I've had my car since October 2012. I've received oil changes at a very good price. Reggie, the salesperson, was very informative and pleasant. All of the staff greeted me. One major incident happened earlier this year with my car cutting off in traffic. After thirty minutes or less, it would start back. I called the service department and had the car brought in right away. It took Dwight about two times to figure out the problem, but wouldn't stop until he did. I've had no problems out of the car since. I will continue to come to J.D. Byrider for service to my cr. My overall experience was great.
The maintance department at JD Byrider is excellent. Their attention to detail concerning my vehicle is excellent, always friendly service everytime i bring my car in for service, also very reasonable price for work done on my car. Very pleades with overall service or maintance department.
From day one of my purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Sonata (April 2010), I have had nothing but positive experiences with JD Byrider in all areas of services (customer service, salesperson, repair work, scheduled services and conflict resolution). Because of my positive experience, I would recommend JD Byrider to other potential auto buyers!!
This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Many, many 1-star reviews all over the web. We had a HORRIBLE experience there earlier this year!!! They are selling cars with a blue book vale of about $3000 for $16,000-18,000!!!! They are charging VERY high interest too!!! Very rude and crude to their customers also!!! This place opened in 2006. On another website, the owner of this dump claims to have sold 800,000 cars in the last 20 years at the Kernersville, Nc dealership!!! Even if it HADN`t opened in 2006, they would have had to sell an average of 133 cars a day, everyda (six-day work week) for the last 20 years!!!! That is the stupidist thing that I have EVER heard!!! Please, please go somewhere else where they will treat you with RESPECT nad not RIP you off!!! They are many other local deleraships around the Piedmont of NC that will HELP you in a much more honest way!!!
