Our van is up for sale and already clean. But, I thought a wax job and cleaning some carpet stains would be good. I took our van to Hart2Hart on May 26 to price a full detail. Will, the owner, looked it over thoroughly, and said it's not bad at all. I pointed out my carpet areas of concern in the rear, bottom seats folds and along door jams. "No problem, they'd get it cleaned up." Minimum charge since it was in good shape - $150. I took it in on June 8 at 930 am. Will didn't remember me. He gave it another thorough inspection, and agreed $150. He would call me when it was ready. Finally, 30 minutes before closing, our van was ready.Upon inspection, the carpet stains were all still there. Will said they had scrubbed them but they were set in and wouldn't come out. I hated to hear that. I paid and left. Will said to leave the windows open to let it air out that night. I got home and found the rear floor soaked and two dripping, soaked towels sitting on my bag that I had left in the back. A broken piece of window trim molding was laying on the back floor. As I cleaned up the wet floor, I took a clean towel and wiped the carpet stain that Will said wouldn't come out. To my surprise it came out easily on the towel. The more I rubbed, the cleaner it got. Looked like not much effort was spent on the stains. Next day, I took the van back and spoke to Will. I wasn't angry or upset. I honestly expected to return later and have him finish cleaning the carpet. I showed him the stain/dirty towel and he immediately got defensive. He said that is was dirt that had drained from pressure washing they had to do because the van was so dirty. He should have charged $250 because it was so dirty. I again showed him all I did was wipe it with a towel. And, he got loud -"You cleaned it? You clean it? No - I cleaned it!" He turned and walked away, waving his arms in the air. Then he turns tells me to move my car, and says he's too busy to deal with me." Pic shows what they left.

Absolutely the best wash my pick up has had in a good long while. I went to the golden touch in kernersville today on 2/12/17 around 2:30 they had a few of the lanes under the tent full I was told to go to the lane on the end. I got out to see how good of a job they did drying it. It was fairly good, I got the inside and outside package done so I waited for someone to start working on the truck. (Wheels and tires and the inside done) wasint 30 sec and this nice young teenage boy quickly begain working on the wheels. I drive a 99 f150 and boy (later asked his name (Adrian) did he do a great job on the wheels and tires, he sprayed something on them and it really made them shine. And at this point it was just him working on the truck by him self he was doing a very well but fast job very pleased. Inside was super clean he asked what air freshener I'd like I got piña colada. Most deffnitly will be my new spot to get my truck washed. If you go there I strongly recommend to anyone and ask for Adrian! He'll make sure it's done right! Very nice respectly kid.
As a business owner myself, I always try to support other small businesses in my community. So, when my car was in need of a good cleaning, I figured I would try the local car wash Hart-2-Hart. BIG MISTAKE!!! Though their sign says "Hand Detail Carwash", they apparently use a high power pressure washer (like the commercial grade kind you use to pressure wash a deck or driveway) to clean the cars, and they blew strips of paint right off my car. Yes, you read that right... THEY BLEW STRIPS OF PAINT RIGHT OFF MY CAR! I'm a pretty level headed guy, so I simply asked to speak to the owner about the situation. I calmly showed the owner what happened and pointed out how they had removed large sections of paint on all four of my doors and my back bumper (you'd think they would have stopped after removing paint on the first spot, but this story gets even better). The owner looked everything over, then called some of his workers over to look at it. Three of his workers came over, looked at all the damage, then one of them stated, "Yeah, that happens sometimes". I asked the owner what we needed to do to work out having the damages repaired. Much to my surprise, he then stated that he wasn't responsible for this. He turned the blame on me saying that it was my fault for bringing my (and I quote) "old messed up car" to them in the first place. I was speechless. My car is a pretty nice, very well maintained car (well, it was until they got a hold of it). Regardless, he refused to discuss working out any way to have the damages repaired and simply walked away accepting no responsibility for what happened. I was absolutely shocked! I've tried contacting him several times since then to further discuss the needed repairs, but he refuses to even discuss it. The damages can be repaired for about $350, so I'm not all that worried about the money. I just couldn't walk away from this without making sure others are warned. This is not how you do business, and more importantly, this is not how you treat other people.
The crew here was very nice, the car looked excellent when it was completed no complaints.
