        (review from Angies List) - Sent Tom an email inquiring about an estimate. He called right away to schedule an appointment. He was on time for our appointment. Explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. Promised me a written estimate within 24 hours and followed through. We scheduled a time for the work to be done. He promised it would be done in one day. Brought an extra person with him for a total of 3 to insure our project was complete within the time frame guaranteed. Tom insured my furniture and trim work was protected which I appreciated. I inspected the work and found few things (very minor) which were promptly addressed. It was a such a pleasure to work with Tom. He communicated with me, made sure the work was done to my satisfaction, cleaned up when they were finished, and did it all within the time frame promised. Our little house look beautiful.
