My husband and I just had the worst soup of our life...and we're in our 80s'. It was Beefed-Up Barley soup. I had to add a large onion, one pound of ground beef and two cans of diced tomatoes to their dry beans and some seasoning. The thing we questioned about it was the 10 cups of water added to it. Should have known not to do that.....absolutely NO flavor. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I'm going to throw it all away
Wish I had the option to give ZERO stars. Was told our food would take 10 mins and it took over 30 minutes. I ordered 3 tripa tacos. The meat (tripa) was really salty that you could barely swallow it! My sister decided not to eat the one I gave her. Next we also ordered Birria de Res. It tasted nasty NO salt at all and just the flavor was really bad. Paid $5 for a simple chocolate milkshake!!! Total bill was $51.75 for nasty food! WILL NOT COME BACK EVER! Safe your money and go somewhere else.
My wife and her mother purchased several pounds of Masa at this store to make Tamales, when we got home we found it was bad, unusable. It was a few days before we were able to get back out to Kent to return it, with receipt in hand, but were firmly told there would be no refund, no exchange, nothing. The manager was impolite, completely unapologetic and took no responsibility whatsoever for selling us bad product, justifying her behavior by telling us that "no one else had complained about it" so essentially she didn't believe us. Do not expect any kind of customer service at this store.
Do not buy from these people, do not give these people your credit card information. Their scamming customers online. Take your money & don't send your order or reply to emails. They scammed my wife, took over 300 $ wrong move!
Terrible customer service. You can find better products in other places anyways.The lady on the phone does not know how to communicate and was very misleading. I did not know they were not a physical store. They show up on google with their hours and location as if they are a store. I even called the phone number and asked if they had a particular product in stock and she said yes. I said "oh really? It's there and I can go buy it" Yes it's there she says and she tells me the price. I say "it's in Tukwila right?" So I make sure I'm going to the right store. She says yes that's the address. I drove all the way up there in rush hour after work, an hour out of my way, just to find out their address is only a distribution center. When I call thinking I'm at the wrong place the lady tells me you have to make an order first, they have no product at the distribution center. You have to order and then go to pick it up there. Seriously? She couldn't just tell me right away that they don't have a store... I will not be buying anything through them and I have found nearby suppliers with similar or better prices that I will suggest to anyone I know.
Winco is quite an experience. Open 24/7, you will find them mobbed at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night.Many of their prices can't be beaten. (Prices do vary sometimes).Some of their products cannot be found elswhere.Their meats and deli department are terrific!This is a BIG store!Unfortunately I do not trust their dairy or ice cream products. Restocking such a big store means that products may sit on pallets too long unrefridgerated.Still, I love this store for the products and prices I can only find at Winco.
Punjab foods is the best place to buy india stuff. they have the great customer service and people are very friendly. I never seen any other Indian store who provide that good service in WA area, Normally indian store owners are so rude specially in Bellevue side they don't care if their products have any complaint but these people they do care about the products. I am living in Wa from last 6 years and went to every single indian stores in WA and rated this one at No1 . Now i don't go anywhere else.
