Passed through there on summer trip to straighten out an incorrect reply to adding more data to our account. We were talked into a new plan (save $$) and "upgraded" phones (no additional cost). Salesman was so set on making a sale he did not disclose the "upgraded" phones had worse cameras than our existing phones. Got home weeks later to download all vacation pics. Horrible quality compared to old phones. Of course their bookkeeping policy is no refund after 2 weeks. What about a customer service policy for long, long time subscribers? Salesmen too intent on making a sale quotas.
