I went to Boucher Ford of Kenosha to find the perfect Ford F150. After searching on the internet at several dealers from Chicago to Milwaukee I found the best selection and Boucher. I had an amazing experience with Boucher! I was able to get a new 2016 Ford Edge for the same price another dealer was going to charge for a used 2011 Ford Edge. In addition, they gave me phenominal deals on the warranty and on the oil changes (cheaper than any discount oil change place), Most importantly, I really felt like they really wanted to get me a car that not only met my needs but exceeded it at a cost I could afford. Next time I get a new car, I'd DEFINITELY go to Boucher. Highly recommended!
I just had horrible unprofessional experience with this dealership. I had been working with salesman Alex and finance specialist Denise concerning a deal on a 2015 Ford Expedition EL. I had been in contact with them for two weeks going over the details line by line. On Tuesday Sep 13th, 2016 we finalized the deal and scheduled Thursday as the pick up date. Now today, Thursday, and I am being told my deal has changed by two different managers, as Alex and Denise are not in the office. They raised the price by $850. They said the inaccuracies I was being told would be handled internally and that the price is firm. I told them that they should honor the deal that was made, this is a $40k vehicle mind you, or else I would walk. They kept telling me it wasn't their fault, it was Alex and Denise who lied to me concerning the deal. My girlfriend and I spent two weeks working with them over the phone and over an hour at the dealership to be told its not their fault or their problem.
Rented a car on Saturday for 3 days got picked up at the candlewood suites by a young guy In a small Fiat who was pretty rude. I said to him boy this car is small is this my car he said yes. I said ok let me get my husband when he saw my husband(who is black) he said he has to stay here. I said why he said "the car is too small" I told him my husband has to come he can not stay here by himself he is blind the guy was not happy about it. I guess because he had to get out of the car to help lift the back seat up. When we were in the car the guy start asking 20 questions. ie why we need the car where we are going in it and so on and so on. I told him that our cars are getting transported to Arizona because we are moving and he said "what do you think your driving this to Arizona" I said no I need it while we are here the next couple of days to get my husband to / from dialysis. Long story shot service sucks and I will make sure I do not send anyone there again. I'v used them many times.

Saw a nice Nissan 350Z for sale, I was interested in test driving it to see if I liked it. But they insisted to check my credit rating first, and their idea of a test drive is to buy the car. Horrible!!
We purchased a 2015 F 150 last weekend. This was my first experience with Gordie Boucher. We were very pleased. Wade Johnson was our sales rep. It was a very relaxed experience. Wade gave us our options and let us decide what was best. I never felt pressured. Everyone there was very welcoming. I will defitenatley do business with them again!
I would never rent a car from here ever after speaking with the woman working there when I was there. Supposedly there is a 2 hour hold on a car if you make a reservation and after getting stuck in traffic for too long we finally made it in. The woman was completely rude about what time we finally made it which is our fault to a point but she shouldn't have acted the way she did. Then she proceeds to tell us there are no vehicles, even the one we reserved, and said only a mini van and truck. After talking to this rude lady after awhile she randomly said she wouldn't rent the truck out for no apparent reason and said she could refuse rental of any vehicle. Another completely rude comment she kept repeating was, "I don't care if you just walk." How rude! I will never be back.
As they advertise, they agreed to buy my vehicle outright. The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $3000, then the sales manager agreed to it. The salesperson Steve then agreed to it via email. I went in to sell the vehicle and after at least 30 minutes of paperwork the finance manager came out and said no deal, do to a miscommunication on the part of the salesperson, and that they did not want to pay me $3000 for my vehicle. They still tried to sell me a car, though. I pointed out that this was not a miscommunication, it was reneging on a deal and deceptive and bait and switch.
