Overall

Poor, poor, poor. They came to fix water pipes. Technician did no work whatsoever bc they didn't have proper equipment. So they charged me for 1 hour of "labor" for the time it took them to bring useless equipment, plus the house call. Terrible service! Ridiculous prices. Something like $175 for the tech to sit at my kitchen table for an hour. WTF! Would give zero rating if I could.

The service was okay, but their prices are really high, ridiculous even. I paid $740 to have a controller board replace in my unit. The cost of the board if I bough it would have been $235 dollars that means I paid $505 in labor. To replace a control board takes about 45 minutes to an hour. So their cost is $505 an hour WOW. Avoid this company at all cost! This by far is the worst HVAC company in Kenohsa. I am not a picky person and I am very honest and hate to give a bad review to a family business however I wouldn't forgive my self if I didn't warn the consumers about their high prices and poor customer service. I should have listen to the consumers on YELP!
