It was not the service at the store so much at the store. it is rather the service when the dryer I bought was delivered. The two men delivering the appliance - the first question they asked was " do you live here alone?" Never asked my name so the dryer could have actually been delivered to anyone. I almost told them to take the dryer back when they asked if I lived alone, very inappropriate and disturbing. Asked a question about the dryer and the installer said to read the book. I called and told grand appliance about the incident but it really didn't seem to matter other than to say that it was a new crew and they needed more training. Really!!! I have no complaints of anyone speaking any language but this new crew did not speak English so I had no idea what they were saying 95% of the time. The one man only spoke English if I asked a question. I can only hope the service will be better than what I have experienced so far as right now it is questionable. No one in any service capacity should ever ask a customer if they live alone!!! have to wonder if I will see them again not servicing my appliance. Maybe my cameras will see them in another way!!
Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service. I would buy anywhere but here! Purchase an appliance that did not work.
HAVE BOUGHT THER BEFORE AND HAD GOOD RESULTS BUT THIS WAS TERRIBLE BOUGHT A STOVE SAT BEFORE THANKSGIVING BECOUSE OURS WENT ON THE BLINK SALESPERSON SAID NO PROBLEM DELIVERY COULD BE TUESDAY ,GREAT BUT IT WAS THEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT BE HOME TILL 9 AM NO PROBLEM WELL TUESDAY THEY CALLED ME AT 8 AM AND SAID THEY WERE ON THERE WAY TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE BY 9 AM DRIVER SAUD OK WOULD CALL ME BACK NEVER DID WAITED TILL NOON AND CALL WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE LATER THEN @2:45 THE SAID NOT TODAY IT WOULD BE SAT AFTER THANKSGIVING NOTHING THEY COULD DO . POOR POOR POOR BEST BUY SAVED THE DAY ! NEVER AGAIN !
