This park has been neglected and poorly managed for several years. Tenants have experienced yearly lot rent increases, including years with increases that were not given a 3 months notice in writing. The condition continues to decay as basic amenities/common areas are not maintained or repaired as needed. Tenants are not being screened and park rules are only maintained when tenants are forced to complain, pitting neighbors against each other instead of management simply doing their job. On average, managers last 6-8 months with long periods of no management and/or maintenance on hand (up to 1-2 years at a time). Tenants have been promised improvements that were simply lies. Tenants have been promised lower lot rents once the park was filled (2-3 years ago it was only at occupancy of around 45 homes). Now the park is full and tenants are still receiving yearly rent increases. The clubhouse is a disgrace and after the playground burned down over 3 years ago, it still has not been replaced, so there is no place for kids to play. The Corporation's owner has been making semi-annual visits, yet still nothing gets fixed, replaced or is maintained. As of this month, our latest manager has left. No one is maintaining the community pool which has remained closed and should have opened Memorial Day Weekend. Tenants have been watching their dreams and property values go down the drain because this park has become nothing short of an eye sore. It is with great sadness that this review is being posted.

Pros – Full-service real-estate agent, knowledgeable, responsive, unpretentious, patient, boundless positive energy and enthusiasmCons – Made me never want to work with another real estate agent ever againWe met Cari as a result of a recycle website exchange where I met her at her workplace, a real estate office. She was cheerful, friendly and enthusiastic. We were not house hunting at this time but when we decided to buy a home, I remembered Cari because of her genuine and unforgettable personality. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what we were doing but that wasn’t a problem because Cari knew what to do every step of the way with her confidence and great knowledge of the market. We looked at a lot of properties and Cari always worked with our schedule. We have four boys and Cari never seemed annoyed when they were around. She treated them just as respectfully as she treated my husband and I by also answering their questions. There were paperwork delays because I was a stay-at-home mom, with self-employment income. Through all this we may have been tempted to be discouraged at the prospects available to us and the various delays, but Cari was always optimistic and patient. She seemed like a friend truly trying to help us better our lives rather than a sales person trying to make a buck. For the services Cari didn’t provide, she referred us to local businesses to pick up where she left off for loans, house inspections, etc. The people she referred us to were reputable and great to work with. Cari was always fair and honest with us. You can’t go wrong if you choose Cari McGee as your friend in real-estate. She will be there for you from start to finish.
