Details are important! I went to have my brakes worked on and the special said $199 for brakes sounds good right? What they neglected to tell me was that price is per axle, so the real price to work on any anybody's brakes is $398 as most people have 2 axles. And also, $199 per axle is not that far off their regular price so it's not that good of a deal. It's not the first time they have used the old bait and switch on me either. I always end up spending an amount WAY over what I wanted to spend because they always find something needs to be worked on right away. I think I'll take it to my go-to mechanic from now on and Toyota of Tr-Cities can sucks it!
This guys have been so awesome helping my husband and I pick a car with no pressures that we bought 2 seriously go in and ask for Daniel Couch or Chris Hernandez they are the bomb
I am leaving a one star review only because it goes towards the only person who gave great customer servic. in comparison with everyone else. I was so excited about getting a car here until they put me in with a financial advisor who kept trying to persuade me to buy a warranty on the car. He popped my bubble of excitement and happiness for purchasing the car. I clearly said no thanks 3-4 times until he got upset and mad and finally stopped. The next day, I went in to give my down payment for the car and waited my turn for a lady who was going to let me sign for my last papers. She seemed nice at first glance as my first impression of her was greeting an older white lady who was about to do the same thing I came in for. Finally, it was my turn. She approached me and walked me to the office. I was expecting a hand shake and introduction only to recieve very unprofessional manners and snobbiness. I thought I would be treated with the same customer service as I had saw the older lady recieve. Thinking about this all only makes me want to return the car and never do business with them ever again.
Don't listen to the previous review. Buying a car online will always be cheaper. My experience was awesome! I purchased my first new car and the man that helped me was very nice and honest. I hit a great deal on my car! Good place to buy from
Just returned from an unpleasant experience at this car dealership. On Wednesday a new employee went to the dealership to buy a used car. She had just arrived from Europe and her English is only okay. She picked out a car and asked for a small discount from the $5000 price The salesperson, Bill Roberson, said they were no discounts on used car. Not familiar with American practices, she accepted Bill's word. Why would Bill tell her that except to take advantage of her? While her English is not so good, her internet skills are. On Thursday while surfing Leskovar's web site, she saw her car listed for $4000. Why would Bill sell her the car for $1000 more than listed on the web site?? When we returned Saturday to pick up the car the sales manager, Mark Young, said that while the computer changes prices at midnight, the sales staff is not informed until after the next day. So the take away is that Leskovar sells cars at the WRONG PRICE for more than 24 hours. The only person at the dealership that seemed concerned with their reputation was the finance manager. Hopefully, the owner will correct his employees' attitudes. In the meanwhile, you should avoid this dealership in the TriCities.
