I booked three weeks in advance because that is the least amount of time you can have to wait in Tri Cities for appointments for new patients. I was told one of their doctors took my med insurance but the other did not. When I showed up the receptionist (Regina) couldn't have cared less that I was in substantial pain when she said yeah we made a mistake, we don't take your insurance. Now I am stuck waiting another month to get in to see a new doctor since my old one has switched jobs. What's worse is the office manager is the one that made a mistake and told me they did take my insurance. This place clearly only cares about making money, not taking care of hurt people or doing the right thing. Even when I offered to pay cash they said, "nothing we can do for you." The receptionist and office manager should be working somewhere other than were they are because they clearly care nothing for the patients.
