Today I changed my carrier from charter. I've been with charter 12 years. They had raised the price again and I wanted too negotiate that. I don't think they care at all on customer retention. The competition does! Fora long time there was no internet as fast. Now there is and it's coming in very strong, stronger then charter. I hated calling them. Dreaded it. Continual internet down , phone issues and more for $200 a month? I think I can get better service.

False advertising, terrible service, crappy equipment, poor reception, slow "high speed" internet-even their tests prove it, switch & bait, worst possible customer service & quality.

They suck! I have had nothing ...

They suck! I have had nothing with billing problems and account inaccuracies since I started service with them. I love that I have a faster connection but everytime I get a bill something is wrong! The most current issue is that the paper bill got sent to my friends house instead of mine... how'd they get that address is beyond me unless they got it from a roommate's forward to that address because she got deployed and that is where her mail is getting forwarded????? but they can't tell me how it happened, they tried to tell me it happened months ago but this is the first piece that has gotten mailed there and she has had the forward on the account for 3.5 months now. This "communications" company also can't communicate with itself, the coorperate office keeps telling me that I need to go to my local office and my local office tells me I need to go thru coorperate......
