If I could rate 0 stars I would. My and my cars dealings with this local shop have been less than exemplary. 11 weeks of having my vehicle and they're still working on it. I was forced into picking up my vehicle after 11 weeks because it was drive-able and they informed me they were canceling my car rental. Because Abra had finally "finished" repairing the initial damage caused by the collision and were now repairing damage they had caused during the "repair" process they were taking over my rental car bill from the other persons insurance. Due to their assertion that my car repair was "finished," "complete" and drive-able they canceled my car rental forcing me either to pay out of pocket with no reimbursement or find alternate means of transportation. Upon taking possession of my car I discovered an additional 4 items still needing repair that were a direct result of the collision. Today my vehicle is still not complete or finished and awaiting parts, repairs, and service. However, I now have to leave work early or not go to work so I can get them the car so they can again, "finish" repairs on my vehicle. Excellent people skills, excellent customer service (albeit impractical), excellent promises and claimsMinimal if any QA/QC, careless haphazard repairs, quality of work lacking or middle of the road, lacking attention to detail (i.e. Tightening bolts, verifying parts are whole and in good condition before they even take the time to install.) They don't understand work flow processes and cut corners to save money that end up costing them more money. Lack of understanding of business principles and professionalism. Statements like, "Yes, your vehicle may not be 100% complete but you'd be doing us a favor if you were to pick your vehicle up. Another winner statement they made upon noticing that I was looking at a part they painted. "Yes, I know it's not the right color." Do yourself, your nerves, your insurance and your vehicle a favor. Don't use Abra Autobody or your liable to have them install a piece of glass with 15 to 20 fingernail deep cuts in it and when you point it out they'll say something like "yeah I see, but it's a new piece of glass."
