This is the worst transmission shop I have every dealt with. I had troubles starting within one month and less than 500 miles. It was in and out of there 3 times before he starting blaming the problems on my engine. Small claims court won't help you out either. Kennett business, kennett judge, and kennett court. I guarantee you will not win. The problem with this rating system is that you have to give at least one star which this business does not deserve!!!

My Dad’s truck (only mode of transportation) transmission broke down just before October. This is an 02 Chevy 2500 4x4 single cab, so not an uncommon vehicle at all. Dad dropped it off on October 3rd, 2016, and explained to the owner that this was his only transportation and he needed it back quickly. I believe this person told my Dad it would be roughly two weeks. Fast forward and it has now been over 9 weeks, and in that time-frame, this place has removed and replaced the transmission at least 4 times, given it back to my dad claiming it was “done” twice. When he picked it up those two times, he didn’t even make it back to Portageville before it either overheated, refused to shift, or both. It appears to me that these guys are not sure how to rebuild the transmission. The worst part of all of this is that each time my Dad has had to take the truck back to them, they have treated him like crap. Each time my Dad has called about the truck, they have been rude. They tell him that they will get to it “when they get to it.” If you give someone $1500 to rebuild your transmission, and after 8 weeks, four tries (minimum), you picked it up twice and had to take it back before you could even get it home, then what does that say about this business? Here is another fun fact, it has been two weeks since dad dropped it of this last time and when he called today, they told him they haven’t even touched it yet (12-8-16). I have known two other people with this experience with this shop. In my opinion, these guys lack basic people skills needed for any business, and shouldn’t be working on anybody’s transmission. I do have a few suggestions on what they can do.

You could put a cape on these guys because they are super experts. The knowledge and experience in transmission expertise can't be beat. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys

I am sorry you had trouble with your van. We do our work as fast and as honest as possible. The only van we had in 2011 was one that the owner couldn't pay to have fixed.
