This business can't be bothered to get an order right. The delivery drivers will lie to your face to save gas if they didn't bring everything you ordered. The managers will spin yarn on the phone with you until they close if it means they can clear the building before resolving your issue.My advice to you if this happens is to file a charge back on your credit card or contact your bank and let them know that this business is committing fraud and that it is actively engaged in deceptive sales practices. If they don't bring everything you ordered the first time, DO NOT sign the receipt. It's the only thing that will force them to actually come back. If they insist on taking the food with them, let them know that it should be remade because you didn't order cold food.It may sound a little rash, but I've dealt with this location many times since it opened in 2015 and it's sound advice considering how their management and regular staff treat most customers.
On 4/13/17, My co-workers and I had a horrible experience with Jammin Pie. We called to place on order for delivery to a corporate building. We were then told “You have to place your order online, that’s why we lowered the minimum delivery charge.” We were also told that delivering to our job is an inconvenience, that the security guards are “rude” (however, their job is to only allow employee’s in the building, just like Jammin Pie’s job is to cook, and deliver food). We were told that they don’t need our business, that they lose money dealing with our company. However, this is the same company that has used jammin pie for multiple corporate events we’ve had, and have spent well over $750.00 in order, and that’s just from one department. The customer service from Jammin Pie is horrible, they are very rude and disrespectful and has no idea about how to provide exceptional customer service. From the many reviews I’ve read, I can see that this isn’t just a “one off” situation, and there have been a plethora of dissatisfied customers due to the rude and arrogant nature of the employee. There is about 1500 employees in our building, and I’ll be sure to inform each one about how Jammin Pie feels about employees out our facility.
We were passing through headed back to St. Louis and just luckily stumbled across this awesome place!! The food, the atmosphere and the service were great!!
I ordered a pizza for my daughter on 1/19/2016. I live in Chicago and my daughter is going to KSU. The original charge was $20.11. I ordered via phone and I emphasized that I was calling from Chicago.. A few days later, I noticed that the charge was over $24.00. I called the business to inquire about the charge. I will admit I was upset, as I didn't give any authorization for any additional charges. Instead of telling me that my daughter signed the bill and gave the driver a tip, I was told, rudely to "shut up and stop yelling" and was hung up on. I am not Southern and live in Chicago. Perhaps the person was offended by my accent and manner. I live in a LARGE city and have had my credit card info stolen MANY times in the past. When I called back, the supposed "owner" answered and started calling me names. When I hung up, I started to received phone calls every second for 15 minutes. When I didn't answer, I was texted obscenities until I blocked the number. I had to file a police report
I ordered a pep pizza from this Pizza Hut on Bells Ferry, and it made me queasy, all day. I never order from here but it just sounded good to try. Regret it the pizza tasted like straight sodium. Overpriced and disgusting, not to mention the load of preservatives and artificial ingredients which they "plan" on removing.
Great food but TERRIBLE customer service from the OWNER! I have spent several $100's of dollars within the last month for business and personal as they deliver to both. Hell one order last week rocked me $80 bucks when I ordered food for my whole office. I wanted to order 11 sandwiches amongst other things for a holiday party today only for the owner to pick up the phone and rudely say that the nice lady on the phone placed my entire order wrong, then tell me they did it wrong last time by putting the condiments on the side!!!!!!!!!!!!! You messed up and lost a loyal customer. I will have nothing nice to say about your establishment again.
This is our go to spot on the way to North Georgia from ATL. Great staff and right off the highway.
This place is horrible. I make an order, a small pizza and 8 wings mile with blue cheese. I am informed their prices have gone up and they only offer 10 wings and the small pizza is no longer 7 it is 8. So for 10 wings and a small pizza my total was $20.55. Are you kidding me? The delivery guy gets here. Says it is for a room and has a different name on it that is not mine. My wings were under cooked. They were pale and lightly pink (not fully white) and very flabby. The pizza sauce tasted from a can. I asked for 2 blue cheese dressings, I get one and its thrown in next to the wings, so it is HOT. I call and the guy says " It is impossible for your wings to be under-cooked. They are on a 10 minute timer, but I'll have a driver come drop off a blue cheese. I then say "Okay well I am telling you this wing is not done. It is pale and white and it is not good." He responds " Well I am not doing anything about it." I'll just call my bank and dispute this since I am unable to eat any of this food. Good Luck Mac Daddy's... PSS Update your menus, I was just given this menu last week.
On Nov 7, wrote my review on the wrong Johnny's (FB) page. I apologize.. This what I wrote: Great Pizza. We had a medium Johnny's Special before football game. Having to take half home to Dalton. Great service. Thanks to Tammy & the gentleman who made our pizza! Very Clean place to eat and relax. .....Adding that we have always felt a friendly attitude from everyone at Johnny's. This was not our only time to eat there. We hope to stop by again on Nov 21 to another football game.
Really good pizza and really great service and environment. I have heard the wings are phenomenal. My girlfriend wanted me to make sure to put in how good the cake was. Make sure you get it!!
