This is the best place anyone could ever go. I have been coming since dr Dodd started out and I will continue. I trust her to do Anything. She is a very caring person who puts her patients first. So does Noelle. I will go to no one else.

My experience with opulence aesthetic medicine was very rewarding. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The treatment I received is not a secret, I would tell my story to the world if I need too, actually I’ve told my story a million times to people everywhere I go. Doctor Dodds really took care of me with passion and concern; I felt like family that’s how much she cared for me. I am grateful for her. When I came to her office I previously had surgery out of the country because of cost difference in the US. I was having some complication issues and No other doctor would help me, I was out of money, couldn’t keep my food down, Nothing was going good for me. So I contacted doctor Dodds’ office crossing my fingers that she would take me in the midst of my situation and thank God she said she took me right in. When I arrived at her office I happy I finally could get the help I needed being that the hospital couldn’t do anything else for me. When doctor Dodds walked in the room she gave me a hug and said “I’m going to take care of you” I was so relieved and although I didn’t have a dime, she took care of me and was patient enough for me to get some money. On top of that she gave me a great discount. Again I felt so safe in her office an every time I see her face I get a sense of joy in my spirit. All I know is she’s my life saver and who ever knows her personally are very lucky people. I will use her services again. I swear I love this lady like a mother and she has no idea how much I value her. Now I am all better and loving my body sooo much. Thank you Doctor Dodds and Staff.

I walked in to Nedra Dodds office for a consultation last month. The women up front were nice but they took long to sign me in because the phones were ringing off the hook which was a little irritating. When I saw Dr.Dodds, I told her how I wanted my body to look and she was very honest with me on what I was to expect. I had went around to other cosmetic doctors and she had the lowest quote. She made me feel good about the situation. I ended up having lipo. The day of I had to wait a hour because Dr. Dodds was still in surgery with someone else. After my surgery, I was able to get up and walk out like nothing happened which I thought I would have to be wheel chaired out. I went in the next day to take a shower and I went in immediately. No wait time. Everyone was really nice. I have been doing my follow up appointments which are really helping me and I love the results! I would highly recommend Dr. Dodds. The only problem I had was waiting to long to be seen. Sometimes I had to wait 20 mins. Other than that, they pretty much treated me like family. You can’t say that about most places.
I bought a Groupon back near February or March for laser hair removal from this company. I called to schedule and there's a process you need to follow for your skin which can take 30 days so my appointment was made just over a month out. About a week before my appointment I get a phone call from them that their laser machine had broken and was being repaired so they had to reschedule, fair enough. She said the expected repair time was 2 weeks so I asked to make my new appointment for 2 weeks ahead. She said they had to cancel other appointments as well so they would contact everyone when it was back up running and reschedule then. So I waited, waited, waited and waited some more......nothing. I called to make an appointment and the machine was still down, it was down apparently for months. Finally I just happened to call to check in early July and it was now fixed but yet no one from here had called to inform me. So I scheduled an appointment, earliest available was 3 weeks away, fine. My appointment is this Monday at 3pm and I get a call today asking me to reschedule. Are these people serious?!? I was told the technician will be too busy for me to come in Monday afternoon even when my services should only take 5-10 minutes. The girl basically told me I would probably be here for hours and she was trying to help me. First she claims the technician is now only available on Fridays, I refused since that doesn't work for my schedule so she proceeds to tell me I can come in Monday morning which also doesn't work well with my schedule. I tried to explain my situation and the bad experience I've had up to this point so perhaps she would understand my side but she completely neglected to provide any customer service. Her attitude proceeded to get somewhat rude when I wouldn't 'cooperate' and I asked if they even wanted my business! I understand that schedules change and they need to try and adjust some appointments if necessary, however if you call a customer and they really need to stick to their original appointment time especially when it's an already frustrated customer that hasn't even stepped foot in your door yet then the smart thing to do would be to make them feel wanted and accommodate them as much as possible, not the other way around. I've never had any service type company make it so difficult to BECOME a customer!! Is that not why you are in business in the first place? Very disappointed, seems like they took my money and all bets were off!
