Joel Anthis came to our house on Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. I was in a panic because there was water dripping out of the ceiling in the basement. After my initial call, he was there within an hour. He was efficient and immediately diagnosed the problem. It was a little expensive, but I had to consider it was after 6:00 on Saturday. He was great....would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends.
Paul A. was prompt and professional. He fixed my plumbing issue (outdoor faucet not working) within 5 minutes. He also informed me about my water heater, which unbeknown to me, is rusting and has too much pressure. He was considerate - he saw my infant crawling on the floor and walked around the house to get to the backyard, instead of through my house. This is my second time using Superior Plumbing and I am very satisfied. I like using this company because I don't worry about their plumbers being dishonest or overcharging..
Pricey and Unresponsive, but they Advertise a lot!
I suggest seeking a different plumber. I agree with the other negative reviews posted.
Superior Plumbing's prices are nearly double what others quote due to their extensive advertising costs. That is what they told us when we questioned $350 charge to change a $30 filter on a 45 minute call.
The visiting technician was timely, professional, and knowledgable. But, the customer service rep was dismissive when we questioned their prices. He never called back despite assuring us that he would look into a price adjustment.
I will not be using Superior Plumbing again.
BEWARE: GROSSLY OVERPRICED. WARRANTY ITEMS ARE MEANLESS.
Company overcharges on installation of it's "warranty" products AND pockets the customer's warranty money. They charged an outrageous install price to replace a basic hot water heater still under warranty. Other plumbing companies charge the same amount for a completely new unit AND installation. It appears they are pocketing customer's warranty money.
They came out the same day I called to unclog our kitchen sink. They did quality work and made a recommendation to replace old pipes in the future. The price may have been a little high but they came right away and did quality work.
Superior Plumbing IS THE Plumber to call!
We were lucky to have Mr. Joel Anthis respond to our first call on Friday August, 7th. (Blue Poly leak)
Mr. Anthis was able, in a very short time, to identify the problem and offer two solutions.
Solution "A" was the most cost effective fix.
Feeding a PEX, pipe, (not sure of the acronym) inside of the original "Blue Poly".
Solution "B" would be employed if Solution "A",
did not work. Too complicated to go into.
Today, Mr. Anthis was able to snake the pipe into the Blue Poly pipe without any snags, make the proper connections and restore the hot water line to our kitchen, NO LEAKS!
I do have to mention that previous to Friday's visit
Mr. Anthis responded to a "Blue Poly" leak we had and was able to identify the anomaly and correct the problem.
This was subsequent to the Sundial Plumbing representative suggesting that we need to REPLACE ALL of OUR "BLUE POLY" lines with copper which would only cost $20,000.00.
He did not even bother to ascertain where the leak emanated.
Oh, and the original call to Sundial Plumbing was for a leaking toilet which the Sundial Plumbing representative suggested we replace the toilet with a $695.00 low flow toilet. I instructed that he replace the "guts" of the tank. He displayed somewhat of an attitude. Hence, calling Superior Plumbing.
Kudos to Mr. Anthis.
His trouble shooting skills are exemplary.
Mr. Anthis was extremely patient with us in answering our many questions and not showing any negative body language responding to our occasional "stupid" questions.
Prior to signing, Mr. Anthis explained what exactly we were signing up for and advised that option "B" could possibly come into place if option "A" was not feasible.
Please be kind enough to acknowledge Mr. Anthis' Superior Performance at your next meeting.

Terrible, way overpriced, and horrible customer service. The good reviews are placed by Superior Plumbing. Real reviews don't usually mention the plumber by name. On one site, their fake reviews even include the plumber's license number. Please, we are not stupid!!
0 stars. I schedule an appointment 4 days in advance for Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00. I'm at home waiting for them but I don't answer my cell phone so they send the plumber on to another job. Beyond upset. So, if you like supporting a company where they feel their time is more valuable than yours use Superior Plumbing.
We contacted Superior regarding the terrible water pressure problems we've been having. Stan came the next day to trouble shoot the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best course of action. Replaced the PRV and now, after living in this house for over 2 years, we finally have water pressure. Wish we had called sooner and will definitely call again for any other plumbing issues.
Michael met us at our rental home on time and checked to see our plumbing challenges. We needed a new water heater, and we loved the SUPER SUPERIOR service Michael gave us and installed our water heater in no time. I truly recommend this great plumbing company, and believe me, I have been through some plumbers and Superior rates the BEST!!!
I kept seeing ads in the paper and on TV as how good the service was. Today I had to put it to the test and was extremely pleased with the service. Our service man showed up on time, knew what he was doing and was a true professional. I would use your company again and refer it to family and friends.
He had no problem recognizing the issue and had it fixed within a couple of hours. He was a true professional working outside in 95 degree weather, first digging in the plant bed to get to the main and then fixing our water main. When he was done we couldn't even tell he had been in our plant bed.
