The deck crew they sent out was TOP Notch - they did an amazing job! The sales and work staff are not people of their word. They speak of things they will do but never follow through. First, they were supposed to get with us on regarding the yard after the deck was completed. Never happened. I called, they said they would call with an appointment. It never happened. Some deck boards warped and some spindles fell apart, I called for repairs. They said they would call with an appointment. It never happened. We had a price for painting/staining the deck which was supposed to occur 6 months after the build. I called, they said they would call with an appointment. It never happened. I called back about the repair work and staining. I called, they said they would call with an appointment. It never happened. I give up with this company. I would however hire the crew any time, any day, they were awesome, but the office is HORRIBLE!!

Did a wonderful job on my windows, quality product dropped my power bill by alot. I plan on having them do my screen room as well.

Southern remodeling has done quite a few jobs for us. Always professional and on time and the work looks great. I will continue to use them and I would really recommend them wholeheartedly
