        asked about fixing the door latch on a SEARS microwave- couldn't do it, needs to send it off to a different state and would cost more than I paid for my microwave. Perfectly good microwave- big, and not cheap- can't use it do to crappy latch- THANKS for Nothing sears. Apparently NO ONE in the WHOLE STATE of Ga is qualified to fix a door latch on a microwave??? what good is a service and repair center? You don't even deserve the one star. When you sell a product and have a service center for it- you should have that service available- if not directly then someone contracted locally where it isn't cost prohibitive to repair.
