They have both seen me & have given me their expert advise on tough decisions I had to make about dental health. My family and I have used Dr. Conrtactor for at least 3 years. Our experience has been fantastic. I simply don't believe the poor reviews could be accurate. There are two sides to every story. And no, I'm not related or socially involved with anyone in their practice. I'm just a very satisfied client.

The exact thing that happened to countonme2 happened to me!! We received a bill that was a stretch for us but we paid in office that day. A couple of weeks later we received another bill for about the same amount already paid. Joan lied to me about my insurance and acted as if she didn't know. However, another dentist office investigated for me and I called my insurance to find that they had to know. Also, my husband never met the dentist until his second visit and was not numbed before a deep cleaning. It was very painful.

I always went to dentists that my parents chose and now that I was in a position to find a dentist, I hit the jackpot! Great office, great staff, they take my insurance and they make the visit comfortable.

My co-worker recommended this dental office and now I find myself recommending them to everyone. They make it so comfortable to visit the dentist, from “what do want to watch on TV?” to explaining everything from start to finish. Everyone is friendly, patient and they go above and beyond what I was used to at the last place.

Dr. Contractor is a good dentist, but BE CAREFUL! They brought my husband paperwork showing what he would pay while he was in the chair, then less than a month later...we got a bill for over double that amount! Dr. Contractor and Joan are either incompetent or deceitful...either way, a very shady business. Joan even lied about making a phone call to our insurance...whose calls are logged automatically...only when we called her out for lying did she come clean, but they still refused to cancel the exorbitant charges. We just couldn't go back after we had been taken advantage of. Don't trust them even if they say they called your ins. company!
