iLoveKickboxing - Kennesaw

I have been trying to find a fitness place that I can lose weight and get into shape and it has been really tough. I lose motivation so quickly during workouts, but Ilovekickboxing kennesaw so far has really helped me want to come to classes. It doesn’t even feel like a full hour. I think I’ve finally found the best place to stick with my goals. They hold you accountable too, so it’s really great. Highly recommended.

iLoveKickboxing in Kennesaw has been a Godsend! The instructors are incredibly motivating and helpful! And they actually take their time listening and helping the members succeed and reach their goals without judgment! Every class I attend I see improvements and it’s exciting! After just one week of classes I saw major improvements in my strength, flexibility, and cardio! PLUS every month they have a DJ night which is pretty awesome lol! The staff is great, the members are great, and the facilities are great...what else could you ask for? Go check them out!

I started I love kickboxing in September as I wanted to continue the workout I fell in love with a few years ago and I was new to Georgia and wanted to meet new people. This gym, the staff and the people more than exceeded my expectations. My last gym had hanging bags, but at ilkb they have stand alone bags and I honestly get a better workout because I’m not spending time stopping the bag every second and I love that. From the moment you walk in this gym you get nothing but smiles and motivation and it doesn’t stop there. The staff are all very communicative via social media, random cards in the mail, phone calls, etc. and that is wonderful. They truly care about you and your health. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

ILKB Kennesaw is an amazing place! The workouts are very challenging and a lot of fun, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean and welcoming, and the energy is just insane! I have made some great friends there and am so glad I joined. ;).

Ilovekickboxing in Kennesaw has been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, the location is always clean, and every day I am inspired by my fellow members. We encourage each other and provide such an incredible support system that I have worked harder toward my goals then with any other program. I signed up for iLoveKickboxing 2 1/2 weeks ago and have absolutely no regrets! I can already feel myself getting in much better shape, as I do not breathe as heavy as I used to after walking up a flight of stairs. I walked in on day one with a "kickball related" hamstring injury and by day 3 of classes, I wasn't in as much pain as before and today, the hamstring pain is completely gone! The staff at Kennesaw are awesome and know just how to make the workouts fun and effective. They greet you with a smile and genuinely care about your progress and results. The facility is always clean and I thank iLoveKickboxing for providing a great way to not only lose weight and learn to eat better, but also a means to release after a long day of work. Join today!!

I was not sure what to expect when I went into iLoveKickboxing in Kennesaw, GA. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The place had a very nice layout and looked extremely clean. Where the bags are located the floor is padded (you don’t wear shoes during class, but you can wear socks). I had many questions and their awesome friendly staff answered all the questions in detail.

For me to get committed to working out it's really hard. Since I started going to ILKB Kennesaw, I not only workout but also enjoy so much the routines, the people, the music and makes me have energy and a great attitude the rest of the day!

I initially signed up to take classes just for the fun of it, not expecting to get into it so quickly. I was new to kickboxing and the instructors were great at coaching me and encouraging me in each and every class. Even though I'm not new any more, they still monitor everyone closely during class and give pointers for better technique and prevent injury. The classes are still challenging to me 2 months later even though I am much stronger than when I first started. I use my fitness tracker during class and am amazed at how many calories I burn in only 1 hour! I love ilovekickboxing so much!!! I think you could consider me #addicted

iLoveKickboxing.com has totally changed my life. I never thought in a million years that I could do such a thing! I signed up in Nov 2016 (around Thanksgiving) and started very slow out of the gate; but now.... I literally go every day!! Well, actually 6 days a week because they are closed on Sundays!! Lol!... We are like family.... The instructors are fun-loving and awesome and are by our sides every step of the way. They make sure that they get us where we need to be by pushing us and motivating us!..... I lost my significant other of 16 years last year, and ilovekickboxing.com has given me a place to release my emotions and refocus my energy; so I enjoy kicking and punching the bag!! OMG... I can see my muscles forming and my body toning overall. I am so happy I joined this gym because the instructors pour out so much positive energy that it makes it so much easier for me to get out of bed at 5am or 6am to start my day with my ILKB family (and I was never a morning person!). I love it!! .... and I know you will too!!..... Just give it a try.... I did!!

I have been a member since the end of November and it is a workout unlike anything else. It's high energy- it's challenging- its fun. The instructors are amazeballs. I promise I'm not just saying that, they truly care and want to see you so well. I would recommend this workout to anyone looking to see results both physically and mentally. So what are you waiting for?

I've been a member at I love kickboxing Kennesaw for a couple of months and absolutely love it!! I was able to see changes and felt healthier and stronger almost instantly. The staff here are so much fun and always encouraging. And I always leave looking forward to the next class.

I love it at I love kickboxing – Kennesaw!! The team there is very motivating and it is a completely non-judgmental zone which is what I wanted to find. They will help push you and at the same time keep it positive and encouraging which is also very hard to find in a fitness environment. I have never stuck with any type of fitness program and I am already on week 3 and loving it. I definitely recommend them!
