Earlier today my mom and Dad visited the Men’s Wearhouse store in Kennesaw, GA looking for a suit for my sisters upcoming wedding. They got measurements done and were about to buy the suit when the employee tried to persuade them into buying it by saying “he can wear it again when you bury him”, little did he know my father has stage 4 colon cancer. I am completely disgusted by this mans ‘sales tactics’, and appalled as to how anyone could think this is an acceptable thing to say to anyone. My parents left immediately and the man lost a $350 sale because of his complete and disgusting ignorance. Never again will I or anyone I know shop again at a Men’s Wearhouse store. When my parents chose to leave without saying a word after his comment, he got visibly mad and said ‘I thought we had this all wrapped up’. It’s sad to see that this corporation cares more about a sale than the customers that walk through their doors. Again, I would like to just reiterate not only how disgusted I am, but how hurt I am by the comments made by one of your sales employees. This directly reflects on your company as a whole and the true morals behind your sales. I will never step foot near a Men’s Wearhouse again and everyone in my sisters wedding and that I know will be informed of this situation and they take their business elsewhere as well.
