Not the worst, but I think they use this one to train people since the service is very slow and they've gotten my order wrong several times. My daughter tried to order on the app and I tried a couple days later too and it was "unavailable at this time" (has done this at least 4 times in the past month). I've gotten the wrong items at the drive-thru 3 times and they've out of the veggie egg white sandwiches many times when I've gone early in the morning. Last month I went in and the oven was broken, so they posted a "no doughnuts" sign in the window. They are my local DD and I'd frequent them often for breakfast or picking up donuts for the office, but they have been so unreliable lately.
Ordered a cream filled chocolate frosted donut at the drive thru. It was handed to me in a bag, upside down with no deli paper on it so the frosting was on the bottom of the bag. Also, never found the cream filling. Won't give any more money to Duncan donuts again.
