Called sells department asking if they have specific car . Reps told me that hey have it in stock in many colors!!! After one hour driving to them I find out that nothing is in stock !!!! Bunch of liars !!!!! Extremely unprofessional and no manner how to treat customers!!!!!Don’t waist your time , find someone else!!!!
If I could give negative stars to this business I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They advertise on Craig's list too so beware! This business is not ethical and will mislead the buyers. I spoke with Stacey the Father in Law of Mark. He said the car was in very good condition and had been checked out and didn't have any issues. I purchased the car a Subaru Legacy 2010 for my son in college. I drove it to give to my son in college and on the way it began smoking, having difficulty starting and the front passenger side bumper began coming un done. I called, I text, I sent an email with no response to any of these. I immediately took the car to the Subaru dealership and they found that all 6 hoses were dry rotted and leaking, the radiator was bad, the car battery was bad and the frame was bent so the bumper couldn't be flush, and the headliner was detaching. Over $1200 worth of work and the dealership said that any dealer would have known and seen the issues. That was the price not fixing the headliner. I would not recommend dealing with people who will knowingly lie and mislead the consumer.
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This place is a joke. My husband and I bought a car for our son from this place and the very next day, the engine blew. He was stranded on the side of the interstate less than one day after we bought it. Do not buy from this place.
Horrible please stay away. I had my transmission replaced here, 2 weeks later I feel the same problem going on. Kevin is also very rude and unprofessional. Told me my car would be there for 1 day (I know nothing about cars and the fact that you have to ordered parts, wait for them etc but thats clearly untrue now that I know the work that goes into fixing a part) and ended up being there for more than a week. (would have been way longer if i didn't constantly call) I dropped it off on a Wed, was told I would get it back on Thursday by Kevin. Kevin told me would call me the next day and never heard from him. I finally spoke to someone in the office and said he was off but my car isn't done. Called the next day (Fri) he told me it should be done by Sat. I would have been able to live fine without my car, but the fact that he couldn't just tell me the honest date of an estimate time my car would be done prevented me from getting a loaner car since I'm under 21 and my mother would have to had drive 2 hours away to get it. I could have went a weekend without my car. But I ended up going without my car for about a whole week without it. I would call every day and 4 out of the 5 times I connected to Kevin he told me he would check on the issue and call me back in an hour, or sometimes say 15 min. Always with a rude tone. Only ONCE did he get back with me. I had to speak with the manager about this, and then KEVIN called me back saying how they are giving him trouble because I told them about that and how he told me that he was going to call me back (I waited well over an hour and this was the time he said he would call me back within 15 min.) That is not my fault. He's very condescending and dealing with him was a pain, me and my mother sensed the same vibe from him. I will never go back here mainly due to him!The week before, I had an appointment for Wed, scheduled by the younger looking hispanic guy at the service desk. On Wed there was no appointment for me. Wow
I've had the worst experience after purchasing the car from Carmax Kennesaw location, it's been three months and I've still not received my title documents as of yet because of the mistake they did initially on my documents, my auto loan is going to default and I would need to pay 18% on my auto loan and all Carmax's staff has in returned is that they are working on it. Pathetic service by Carmax. I would not recommend Carmax to anyone.
They were nice to pick us up from the mall. However the store smelled terribly of body odor. The staff was mostly goofing around and flirting with each other and the sales manager was a complete and total jerk. After we decided we didn't have a deal they did not want to return us from where they picked us up from. In fact they tried their best to not let us leave. I am calling corporate and the general manager about the absolute unprofessional, unethical and downright strong arm tactics employed here. We bought elsewhere the same day. Avoid this place at all costs.
I wish there was 0 stars. I had my car serviced here and my debit card was charged twice for $2,820 today 12/16/2016 totaling $5,640 one week before Christmas!!! Accounting rep responsible for the refund(Sheila Beck) has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!! She didn't get out her chair to explain to me or talk to me directly, only to the service rep as she just stared on with no concern through her glass window. So asked to speak to Director-No definitive time frame on my refund after talking Service Director. They don't even know how long it takes their vendor (MES) to process the refund. It takes 2 seconds to take your money, but Carl Black has no clue how long MES will take to process my refund/credit. INCOMPETENT!!! So now I'm left to figure out how to pay for: dinner I was hosting for 15 kids I mentor, groceries, gas for my car, my birthday plans, last minute Christmas items, not to mention regular bills......because who knows when Carl Black will show ACCOUNTABILITY and give me MY money back. It doesn't affect them personally so they DO NOT CARE!!!!

I didn't purchase my Nissan Maxima at this dealership but they recently did work on my car. Ken was the service advisor and was extremely nice. I will come back!
