When I had a delivery I needed to schedule with Statewide Transportation, the guy I talked with was personal, professional and scheduled my delivery at my convenience.
I wish I could of given zero stars for the customer service I received from this company. I ordered a mattress set from a company that used this company to delivered it to me. Statewide transportation decided to call me 24hrs before the delivery to give me a delivery window. At first I was hesitate to take the window because it was during my working hours. However I decided to take the day off to be present for the delivery. I agreed to a window of 12p to 4p. At 315p on the day of delivery I received no call of the status on my delivery. I decided to call the office and the secretary stated oh the delivery guy is running a hour behind. I informed her that I took the day off to be present for the window time they gave, she stated that technically the driver had until 4p to deliver it to me. I reminded her that she just stated the driver was running 1 hour behind and that means he would not make the 4pm time but will be delivering my things around 5pm. Also, she stated that there are about 3 deliveries before me at 3:15pm. To sum things up, I will never use a company that utilizes this delivery company. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If I didn't call to get the status of my delivery, I would of been in the dark and this secretary just didn't care the sacrifices took to be present for the delivery window given.
