THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS I WOULDNT PUT A DOG IN THERE THEY HAVE ALL TYPES OF BAD STUFF GOING ON IN THAT BUILDING AND YES THEY OR RIGHT ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS SUCK......

My family member has been at waldon for several years. The only reason I have chosen to keep her there is because of of an excellent nurse, Tina Duhe. My mom is totally dependant on staff for everything, I know when Tina is working that is gets the upmost care. This nurse has been a godsend to me and my family. Waldon is very luckly to have such a wonderfuln caringn and compassionate member of their staff. I myself don't tell her how much she has made a difference in my mom's quality of life. I hope she doesn't mind me using her name. My suggestion to anyone wanting to place their love one at Waldon is to request that Tina be their nurse, she will see to it that your love one is taken care of very well.

You are right. This place sucks. The staff is rude. The staff will talk about family members behind there back. If a patient has an accident, it takes forever for people to respond. The medicines are never given on time. The accounting staff really need there attitudes adjusted. Patients clothing items get lost and they just don't care.

My mother has been in for a year and a half. I think the staff has done a great job. I do not find it noisy or unclean as another review said.



The rehab personnel are great and very responsive to my calls for info. There are a lot of activities, and my mother has been treated very well. I would recommend .

Nasty, noisy. Not much more than an activity/dining room and lobby to "be" in, besides the hallways;

Caring staff except for a minority of gangsters. The rest are truly dedicated. Mgmt ignored staff that said a resident could undo her own "lap buddy"; the resident fell and slipped into a coma. This place is *always* under investigation by state, and is again at this time. Management pretty blatant about promoting friends with minimal qualifications. You see that a lot in the Nursing Home industry, but not as obvious as at Waldon.

Two halls of double sized rooms, one hall of cramped twin bed sized rooms. Waiting list for the double sized rooms.

I've seen other homes that have wood siderails, wallpaper, crown moulding, and are just *nice* to look at, much less live in. Unfortunately, Waldon is not one of them.
