Very unfortunate experience which could have been avoided at the counter. It is practically impossible to know when your flight is going to arrive so you put in a best estimate. According to the Dollar counter at the New Orleans Airport in Keener, LA if you are not exactly on time you have changed your reservation! Supervisor Jamal I should have apologized for getting upset when your location wanted to charge me $50 for being 30 minutes early. Can't handle customers getting upset when you put practices in place that are not documented / advertised, then be a little more fair to your potential customers so they do not feel the need to curse at you and go right across the way to your competition.
Service was good. Car was dirty, dented and scratched in several places. Interior smelled of smoke. Was not happy with Full Size car with this many issues. May go elsewhere if this happens again.
They have a great program for frequent travelers in their Emerald Club. It avoids all the time in line and paperwork at the desk. I've used them for 10+ years and always had great service and any issue resolved on the spot.
I do not take National's great service for granted however, being an Emerald card member I use national whenever I rent a car. I was travelling with my crewmembers and told them I was going to pick up my rental at the airport in New Orleans. They came with me to the National lot. They thought I was kidding when I turned and said to them pick whatever car you want. They laughed and picked a nice Suburban off the Emerald club isle. I just got in and started it and told them to get in. You should have seen their expressions as we just drove away. That's the kind of service you provide for me consistently. Thanks!
Their service is great but their product selection is a "bait and switch" scam. They had NONE of the vehicles their website describes as a Standard SUV and every alternative offering was a lesser grade vehicle (for the same price!).There is no reason Enterprise cannot LIST what model vehicles are in inventory for each class so consumers will know what they should expect on arrival.
My family flew in late from San Francisco Bay Area the night before Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to get over there before they closed at midnight. The agent behind the desk was very courteous and took care of my reservation immediately. I only say this because at other Enterprise locations it seems to be a hassle to rent a vehicle. My son and I were instructed to walk out to another office to pick up vehicle and after a short wait a nice gentleman asked us to pick out a vehicle. The choice wasn't the car that I reserved, but an upgrade to me and overall very happy with the service.
Enterprise always delivers! Courteous, helpful staff - get you on the road superfast!! I highly recommend them when you are in New Orleans

Service was great. My vehicle was ready for me when I got there. The only bummer was that the vehicle was dirty. There was dried mud on the exterior, and writing on one of the windows that was never washed off. There was also potato chip crumbs on the driver seat. So I had to take it to be cleaned, but other than that, I had an excellent experience.
I recently rented from Enterprise on a trip to New Orleans and they are 5 star service. Check in girl was very friendly and a it was quick. She told us where to pick up car and when we walked through the doors a very nice gentleman was already waiting for us and car was ready to go. When we returned the car it was quick and they had people there ready to retrieve the car without waiting. Over all very happy with the service Enterprise offers.
