Overall
Expertise
Professionalism

I was represented by Chuck Winegarden in a real estate matter. In the 6 months prior to mediation, we didn't once speak of a strategy or game plan. I had to tell him 3 times what the facts were because he doesn't have them. In meditation, he was doing everything he could to stay awake. The only time he spoke was to tell me to give my opponent whatever he wants because it will cost to much to fight. I ended up losing part of my land and two cabins and paying $9K. My opponent didn't have a case. The judge even said so. I didn't get poor representation, I got no representation. The only thing he was good at was milking the clock. If I didn't know better I'd think the other side paid him off. If I could I'd give -4 stars. They have seriously put a wrench in my retirement.
