Brought in a pair of scratched candy apple red shoes with both heel tips exposing the metal bottom. I only expected the heels tips to be repaired. Not only were the heel tips repaired looking like new, the heels were touched up with red color covering up the scratches. To the surprised to my daughter the shoes were wonderfully restored. I truly did not expect such a radical improvement.

This store does not have the expertise Norrells has. They cracked the heel on a pair of expensive Stiletto pumps and had the nerve to say they did not do it. I had them to show me how they repaired the heel tap when replaced and they most definitely cracked my heel. I did not notice it until I put the shoe on to wear it and as I walked it seemed as though the heel was about to break or give in. I looked at the shoe and on the inside of it, something they used to replace the tap was applied so tight or hard that the screw is coming through the insole and something black has completely covered the BC in the BCBGirls logo. When I returned it, they showed me a crack in the heel and said I must have cracked it this morning after I left the house. They gave me back my money for the repair but said the heel is unrepairable and their is nothing they can do. Big lesson learned...If you live in Keller, Ladies, take you nice shoes to Norrells right up the street. They even had the nerve when I first brought the shoes there not to go bck to Norrells. I only went to them because Norrells was closed at that time. I bet I will wait on Norrells if it takes a month to open before I ever go back to this repair shop again.
